一、 仪器简介

DFR-2型狄法尔磨耗试验机可以测量出石料的耐磨强度。对于一些石料,这种耐磨强度在干燥和含水的情况下是不同的。主要用于石料的磨耗率试验,也就是抗摩擦、抗冲击,为鉴定集料品质的指标。此标准适用于欧标、法标NF P18-572等相关标准。

二、 主要结构

本机主要有滚筒、密封盖、支架、变速箱、电机、控制器等部份所组成。

三、 仪器特点

它包括有四个一端封口的空心圆筒,对于粒度介于 4 14 毫米之间的粒料,圆筒内直径为 200±毫米,有效长度为154±毫米。圆筒为不锈钢材质(Z 2 CN 18-10), 厚度不小于毫米。它们被安装在两条水平轴上。每个圆筒可以用于一个试验。圆筒内部不能存在任何由于焊接或固定方式引起的隆突不平。用毫米厚的平盖来封闭圆筒。通过平盖上的接缝来确保密封性。磨料由直径为 10±0.5 毫米的不锈钢圆形滚珠组成 Z 30 C 13。使钢珠通过两个间距为 9.5 毫米的平行棒,或者以10 个用过的滚珠为一组称量其质量,该质量不能够小于34 克,由此快速地检查滚珠的直径。一个电动机(大约千瓦),它必须确保圆筒以100tr/min±5 tr/min 的速度匀速旋转。一个在试验结束时可以自动中断发动机运转。

五、 使用方法

1 、量取试样:4-14mm粒料量取500±2g。

3 、设定试验机为2小时,按启动键

4 、待试验机停止工作后,将集料和磨料收集到容器中,小心避免集料的丢损细心使用洗涤瓶清洗圆柱体内部,收集水和遗留的矿物质。

5 、用1.6mm的滤筛清洗容器的材料,磨料将会被8mm的滤筛留住。使遗留物沥干,并在105℃的烘箱烤干,直到总质量稳定。

DFR-IIDeval Abrasion Testing Machine

 

1 Brief introduction of instrument

DFR- type IIdeval machine can measure the abrasion strength of stone. For some stone materials, the wear resistance is different in the case of dry and water cut. 3The characteristics of the instrument

5Methods of use

1. Sample sample: 4-14mm grain amount is 500 + 2G.

4. After the test machine stops working, collect the aggregate and abrasive in the container, and carefully avoid the loss of the aggregate. Carefully use a washing bottle to clean the inside of the cylinder and collect water and the minerals left over.
